Dubai: Land deals on June 5

The total value of land transactions in Dubai June 5 peaked at Dhs109.42 millions , of which sales exceeded Dhs34 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs75.91 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 7 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the day, the most valuable of which was a plot in Muhaisanah Fourth that was sold for Dhs13.2 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Al Murqabat acquired for the sum of Dhs8.5 million and another in Al Waheda for Dhs5 million.

 

The Al Barsha Third area was the most active in terms of the day sales, with 1 transaction. Al Goze First also had one sale.

 

During  the period, Muhaisanah Fourth recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs13.2 million, followed by the Al Murqabat area, Dhs8.5 million, and Al Waheda area, Dhs5 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 25590 sq ft in the Muhaisanah Fourth area, which went for Dhs13.2 million. A 19606 sq ft plot in the Al Waheda Area was acquired for Dhs5 million, while 15000 sq ft of Al Barsha Third was disposed of for Dhs2.78 million.

 

During the period under review 7 mortgages worth Dhs55.63 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs20 million for an area at Hor Al Anz. There was another for Dhs18 million on an area in Al Nahda Second.
