Dubai: Land deals on June 24

The total value of land transactions in Dubai yesterday peaked at Dhs63.46 millions , of which sales exceeded Dhs57 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs6.49 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 8 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of yesterday, the most valuable of which was a plot in Emirates Hills Second that was sold for Dhs21.970586 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Muhaisanah Fourth acquired for the sum of Dhs10.4 million and another in Muhaisanah Fourth for Dhs8.5 million.

 

The Emirates Hills First area was the most active in terms of the week's sales, with some 2 transactions. Muhaisanah Fourth followed it with 2 sales.

 

During the period, Emirates Hills Second recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs21.97 million, followed by the Muhaisanah Fourth area, Dhs18.9 million, and Mirdif area, Dhs5.5 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 28719.72 sq ft in the Emirates Hills Second area, which went for Dhs21.97 million. A 22607 sq ft plot in the Muhaisanah Fourth Area was acquired for Dhs10.4 million, while 20759 sq ft of Muhaisanah Fourth was disposed of for Dhs8.5 million.

 

During the period under review 4 mortgages worth Dhs6.49 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs2.88 million for an area at Hor Al Anz. There was another for Dhs1.47 million on an area in Emirates Hills First.
