Dubai: Land deals on June 18

The total value of land transactions in Dubai on June 18 peaked at Dhs130.63 millions of which sales exceeded Dhs113 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs17.28 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 12 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of June 18, the most valuable of which was a plot in Emirates Hills Second that was sold for Dhs33.380959 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Emirates Hills Second acquired for the sum of Dhs28.2205 million and another in Al Mamzer for Dhs14.0374 million.

 

The Emirates Hills First area was the most active in terms of June 18's sales, with some 3 transactions. Emirates Hills Second followed it with 2 sales.

 

During  the period, Emirates Hills Second recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs61.6 million, followed by the Al Mamzer area, Dhs14.04 million, and Al Warqa First area, Dhs13 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 519048 sq ft in the Al Ruwayyah area, which went for Dhs9.34 million. A 40315.36 sq ft plot in the Emirates Hills Second Area was acquired for Dhs28.22 million, while 40315.36 sq ft of Emirates Hills Second was disposed of for Dhs33.38 million.

 

During the day, 7 mortgages worth Dhs17.28 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs7 million for an area at Nad Al Shiba. There was another for Dhs3 million on an area in Al Dhagaya.
