The total value of land transactions in Dubai June 17 peaked at Dhs92.95 millions , of which sales exceeded Dhs78 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs15.4 million, according to the Land Department.
A total of 12 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of June 17, the most valuable of which was a plot in Al Nahda First that was sold for Dhs26.23185 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Muhaisanah Fourth acquired for the sum of Dhs14.3 million and another in Muhaisanah Fourth for Dhs14.1 million.
The Emirates Hills First area was the most active in terms of June17's sales, with some 2 transactions. Muhaisanah Fourth followed it with 2 sales.
During the period, Muhaisanah Fourth recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs28.4 million, followed by the Al Nahda First area, Dhs26.23 million, and Al Nahda Second area, Dhs8.1 million.
The biggest area sold was the 30861 sq ft in the Al Nahda First area, which went for Dhs26.23 million. A 29863 sq ft plot in the Muhaisanah Fourth Area was acquired for Dhs14.1 million, while 28350 sq ft of Muhaisanah Fourth was disposed of for Dhs14.3 million.
During the period under review 3 mortgages worth Dhs3.74 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs11.67 million for an area at Al Qusais First. There was another for Dhs2 million on an area in Emirates Hills First.
