Dubai: Land deals on July 9

The total value of land transactions in Dubai July 9 peaked at Dhs133.08 millions of which sales exceeded Dhs13 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs119.84 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 6 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of July 9, the most valuable of which was a plot in Jumeira Third that was sold for Dhs2.709863 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Emirates Hills First acquired for the sum of Dhs2.4 million and another in Emirates Hills First for Dhs2.3 million.

 

The Emirates Hills First area was the most active in terms of the yesterday sales, with 4 transactions. Al Waheda followed it with 1 deal.

 

During  the period, Emirates Hills First recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs8.9 million, followed by the Jumeira Third area, Dhs2.71 million, and Al Waheda area, Dhs1.64 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 14052.81 sq ft in the Emirates Hills First area, which went for Dhs2.3 million. A 14007.39 sq ft plot in the Emirates Hills First Area was acquired for Dhs2.4 million, while 10642.7 sq ft of Emirates Hills First was disposed of for Dhs2.1 million.

 

During the period under review 3 mortgages worth Dhs33.86 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs49 million for an area at Trade Center First. There was another for Dhs30.2 million on an area in Al Goze Industrial Third.
