The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Um Hurair Second acquired for the sum of Dhs17.836866 million and another in Al Suq Al Kabeer for Dhs7.65 million.
The Um Hurair Second area was the most active in terms of the yesterday's sales, with 2 transactions. Al Baraha followed it with one deal.
During the period, Um Hurair Second recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs36.47 million, followed by the Al Suq Al Kabeer area, Dhs7.65 million, and Al Warqa First area, Dhs6.5 million.
The biggest area sold was the 37422.14 sq ft in the Um Hurair Second area, which went for Dhs18.64 million. A 35817 sq ft plot in the Um Hurair Second Area was acquired for Dhs17.84 million, while 15000 sq ft of Al Warqa First was disposed of for Dhs6.5 million.
