Dubai: Land deals on July 24

The total value of land transactions in Dubai July 24 peaked at Dhs163.75 millions of which sales exceeded Dhs42 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs121.52 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 14 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of July 24, the most valuable of which was a plot in Al Khabeesi that was sold for Dhs10 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Jabal Ali Industrial acquired for the sum of Dhs9.5 million and another in Al Jafliya for Dhs3.8 million.

 

The Emirates Hills First area was the most active in terms of the yuesterday's sales, with some 8 transactions. Al Jafliya followed it with 1 deal.

 

During the period, Emirates Hills First recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs17.1 million, followed by the Al Khabeesi area, Dhs10 million, and Jabal Ali Industrial area, Dhs9.5 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 50000 sq ft in the Jabal Ali Industrial area, which went for Dhs9.5 million. A 24120 sq ft plot in the Al Khabeesi Area was acquired for Dhs10 million, while 14024.39 sq ft of Emirates Hills First was disposed of for Dhs2.4 million.

 

During the period under review 3 mortgages worth Dhs7.04 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs80 million for an area at Um Hurair Second. There was another for Dhs9 million on an area in Al Bada.
