The 149 transactions registered as sales by Land Department during the month of October were spread across 48 districts in Dubai. The total area sold was 2.61 million sq. ft.
There were 144 transactions involving the sale of 2.02 million sq. ft of open spaces for a total of AED 1.20 billions . There were 153 transactions involving the sale of 597.37thousand sq ft of build, or developed, land.
