Aspire Real Estate and High Rise Real Estate both have launched Jumeirah Wave Business Towers a new landmark commercial development in Jumeirah Village. Valued at One billion Dirhams the Jumeirah Wave Business Towers comprises 40 floors of commercial real estate. The Tower I of the development was fully booked by international investors in a single day prior to the launch.
Jumeirah Wave Business Towers, is a triad of three 45 floored glass fronted landmark business and commercial towers, whose aesthetic and functional design incorporates a insignia wave concept sculpted out of steel and glass with a judicious mix of commercial office space and high profile retail space.
