Dubai eGovernment launches e4all initiative to accelerate IT penetration

Dubai eGovernment launched Monday, June 30, 2003, e4all, a new initiative, which is part of a series of steps to accelerate Information Technology (IT) penetration in the society through community IT education in association with leading IT partners. 

 

The new project has been created to empower people to draw maximum benefits from the Dubai eGovernment's eServices by acquiring computer competency that will also enhance their value in the job market. 

 

The e4all initiative, conceived as an integral part of the Dubai eGovernment's Community Outreach Program, consists of value packages developed in association with sponsor Intel and strategic partners like Fujitsu Siemens Computers, Microsoft, Epson Middle East, National Bank of Dubai and three training institutes.  

 

The e4all packages can be obtained through Jumbo Electronics and Carrefour outlets commencing from July 8, 2003. — (menareport.com)
