According to <i>Al-Bayan</i> newspaper (July 10, 2005), the Dubai Land and Properties Department is expected to auction three real estate assets in favor of the Dubai Awqaf And Islamic Affairs Department. The first auction includes plot number 468 which is located in the second Al Barshaa area of Dubai.
The plot area stands at 14,200 square meters and the initial price stands at Dh 2,130,000. The second auction includes plot number 632 which is located in the Jaflia area of Dubai. The plot area stands at 2,500 square meters and the initial price stands at Dh 3,000,000. The third auction includes plot number 2,607 which is located in the Satwa area of Dubai. The plot area stands at 6,400 square meters and the initial price stands at Dh 1,000,000.
