Dubai-based developer Union Properties recently announced the launch of its new subsidiary Edara Project Management. Established as a local project, Edara will enhance Union Properties’ management capabilities, stated a press release.
The Edara branch has already been involved in a range of projects for Union Properties and several other clients. This experience has covered the management of the design, procurement and construction of villa complexes, office developments, multistory residential developments, mixed use developments, malls, industrial buildings, mosques and banks.
“In the years leading to the launch of Edara, the workload, size and complexity of projects and our project management capabilities have all grown considerably,” said General Manager of Edara, Steve Irvine.
Union Properties was set up in 1986 to manage the properties of Emirates Bank International. The group has an alliance with electromechanical services provider Thermo LLC, and Gmamco. — (menareport.com)
