The Human Resources & Development division in the Department of Civil Aviation has received an ISO 9001-2000 certification for Quality Management System. It is one of the first HR&D divisions in the region to receive such a certification.
The scope of the certificate covers the provision of human resource support, training and development to the Department of Civil Aviation. This is a self regulating quality management system whereby the HR&D division will ensure standards, procedures and quality services. — (menareport.com)
