ALBAWABA - Ex-US President Donald Trump recently announced that he will not attend Barron Trump's high school graduation ceremony after he was asked by American media on the first day of his ongoing court trial, according to Yahoo! News.

Trump was naturally bombarded with media outlets amid exiting the court as America had been waiting to hear about his "hush money" trial for months.

He then called the charges against him a "blatant affront" and denied guilt at Manhattan Criminal Court. He boldly declared, "I am innocent and proud. This politically motivated trial shames the nation. This travesty is unprecedented."

By the time of writing this article, Trump is facing 34 allegations in the "hush money" case, including conspiring to cover up payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels as business expenditures before the 2016 election.

The ex-US President and current nominee of the Republican Party in the ongoing presidential elections added a few words about his son Barron Trump:

"As you know my son is graduating from high school, and looks like the judge will not let me go to the graduation. My son has worked very very hard. He’s a great student and I’m very proud of the fact that he did so well."

He then went on to add that despite his son waiting years to see his father and mother attending the graduation ceremony, the judge "isn’t going to allow him to escape this scam."

Yahoo! News added that Barron will be graduating next month from Oxbridge Academy in Palm Beach, Florida and although his father Donald Trump will not show up, his mother Melania will be there cheering for him. He turned 18 in March 2024 and is focused on getting into college but hasn't mentioned which one he will be attending in the future.
