Dnata, the region’s most successful provider of airport and travel services, celebrated a double achievement at the annual ceremony of the prestigious Dubai Quality Awards last evening, when they received two appreciation awards.
Ismail Ali Albanna, Dnata's Executive Vice President, and Rashid Al Noori, Senior Vice President of Dnata Agencies received the awards from HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Maktoum, Chairman of Emirates and President of the Dubai Department of Civil Aviation.
The Dubai Quality Awards recognize ‘role-model’ organizations that demonstrate a commitment to best practice in their respective fields. It is awarded by a panel of highly respected assessors from both the public and private sectors, after a thorough audit of the nominees’ operations and business practices.
To get this coveted award, companies need to show continuous improvement and a drive for excellence in every aspect of their business. Dnata Airport Operations, the sole ground and passenger handling operator at Dubai International Airport, and Dnata Agencies, the corporate and retail travel arm of Dnata, both passed with flying colours in separate assessment audits held late last year.
