Dnata Cargo will soon offer enhanced document records management services to its airline and freight forwarding customers.

The region's leading cargo handler plans to expand and upgrade its existing records keeping operation, which currently retains airline customers’ shipping documents for a six-month period under the Standard Ground Handling Agreements.

Shipping documentation involves a voluminous array of paperwork including airway bills, delivery orders, rate slips, faxes and more – all of which makes records management a time-consuming task.

By April 2005, Dnata Cargo will offer its customers the option of an enhanced service, with a comprehensive solution for document retention and retrieval beyond the present six month limit.
