Dubai Investments Real Estate Company (DIRC), the real estate arm of Dubai Investments PJSC, has awarded the construction, maintenance and engineering work of the ‘Ritaj’, DIRC’s first residential project at Dubai Investments Park (DIP), to Robust Contracting Co. Dubai LLC. Under the agreement, Robust will also do mechanical, electrical and plumbing works of multi-storey residential buildings, multi-storey car park buildings, community center, service buildings and hard landscape such as roads, surface parking and walkways.
Designed for luxury living at affordable rates, ‘Ritaj’ will develop more than 2,200 housing units, including studios and one, two and three-bedroom apartments that offer top-caliber amenities. ‘Ritaj’ residents will enjoy fully serviced accommodation, 24-hour security, maintenance and cleaning services.

Robust is expected to complete its work on the 2,467,462-square feet area in 18 months. Aside from the housing development, the project will also consist of a hotel staff accommodation, a community center, restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarket, clinic, pharmacy and mosque. Also on offer to further enhance the luxury lifestyle are a range of entertainment and recreational facilities including swimming pools and landscaped gardens.
