DHL UAE has opened a new air express center in Fujairah, expanding its network in the Northern Emirates. The move follows a growth in DHL’s business from Fujairah, stated a press release.
“Over the past year shipments inbound to Fujairah have averaged between 15-20 percent growth, while outbound traffic has increased by around 10 percent,” explained General Manager DHL UAE, David Wild. “Growth is mainly coming from Fujairah’s expanding leisure and shipping industries.”
The new express center has been designed along DHL’s business center concept where customers can drop off and pick up shipments. The outlet has seating for customers, a phone for customer use and facilities through which customers can access DHL’s shipment track and trace service and the company’s website. — (menareport.com)
