Dh265m in Dubai land transactions

Land transactions in Dubai reached Dh264.90 million on Sunday according to the Dubai Land Department. This amount included 14 sales, which totaled more than Dh74 million.

 

The Land Department also reported that the total value of mortgages during the period reached Dh190.59 million, according to Gulf News.

 

The most valuable of the 14 land transactions was the sale of the Al Warqa-1 plot of land that was sold for Dh13.5 million. Following the Al Waqa-1 sale in value was a second plot of land which sold for Dh11.5 million in the Al Mararr area. A third plot in the Al Aweer-2 area reportedly sold for some Dh10 million.

 

Three land transactions were recorded in the The Emirates Hills-1 area, making it the most active in terms of the yesterday's sales.

 

Two land transactions were reported in the Mirdif area, making it the third most active area for land transactions on Sunday.

 

Meanwhile, the Land Department reported that during the same period, the highest turnover value was recorded in the Al Warqa-1 area; turnover value for the area stood at Dh13.5 million by the end of the day.

 

The Al Mararr area had the second highest turnover value of the day, with Dh11.5 million. Following close behind was the Mirdiff area, which recorded some Dh11.02 million in turnover.
