Plans for a new 91-floor luxury residential tower were recently unveiled by UAE real estate developer Tameer Holding. The Dh1 billion project, which will be located at the prestigious Dubai Marina area, is aimed at the emirate's luxury market.
Tameer’s ‘Elite Residence’ will showcase a unique mix of Victorian architecture along with a modern, futuristic layouts, according to reports by Go Wealthy. Of the 91 floors of the tower, 76 floors will be available for residential usage by investors.
The complex will also provide its residents and visitors with the comfort anf convenience of four parking floors, four basements, two health clubs and a state-of-the-art business center.
The ‘Elite Residence’ tower will offers investors a choice from ‘smart-home enabled’ one and two bedroom apartments. In addition, investors can choose from three and four bedroom penthouses and luxury villas.
The tower will be located across from Tameer’s flagship development, the Princess Tower, which is set to be the tallest residential high-rise building in the world upon completion.
Tameer Holding, founded fifteen years ago, has an investment portfolio exceeding Dh40 billion. It is a strategic partnership between Tameer Property Establishment and the Saudi Arabian investment firm, Al-Rajhi Investment Group.” .
