The launch of the region’s first 100K Property Show has been greeted very favourably by property agents and developers from Europe, Australia, New Zealand as well as by those based in the UAE, according to SPHERE Global Property Solutions. The event, which will take place in early April, will host agents and developers all offering properties for sale at a value not exceeding 100, 000 pounds sterling (700,000 dirhams).
“The proposition we’ve offered – a focused show putting serious sellers together with serious buyers – has proven to be extremely attractive,” said Deirdre McCarthy-Betzold, Partner, SPHERE, the recently launched property solutions company. “Visitors to the show in Dubai and Abu Dhabi will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of properties from apartments in the Dubai to fincas in Spain. We have limited the number of agents participating at the Show to ensure that both sellers and buyers can discuss the options available in a pleasant environment. They will also be able to receive advice on mortgages and financing issues related to property at the event. We’ve been taken aback by the enormous public interest that this Show has generated.”
She continued: “While there is a lot of focus in the Middle East directed at high net worth individuals those people who are looking for more affordable investments are often overlooked. These individuals will, of course, make up the majority of those who attend the events but we’ve also seen significant interest from mid-range investors who are looking to grow their existing property portfolio.”

The 100K Property Show will take place on 7th of April in Abu Dhabi at The Hilton Hotel and on 8th and 9th of April in Dubai at the Dubai International Marine Club (Mina Seyahi). The Show will be open from 11 am to 8pm each day.
