DELL appoints new head for EMEA Enterprise Business Growth

Dell has appointed Walid Moneimne as vice president of the company's Enterprise Systems Group and Services (ESG) business unit for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The Enterprise Business unit incorporates industry standard servers, storage and related services. Moneimne, who joined the company this week, is the former leader of Compaq's European Enterprise Business Solutions Group. "Growing our enterprise business in Europe is a top priority. Walid's experience will be invaluable in helping us do that," said Paul Bell, president of Dell Europe, Middle East and Africa. Dell Computer Corporation is a computer systems company, a provider of products and services required for customers worldwide to build their information-technology and Internet infrastructures. The company's revenue for the past four quarters totaled $31.2 billion.
