Director General of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), Abdul Rahman Ghanim Al-Mutaiwi, stated that the business establishments in Dubai welcome co-operation with the British counterparts in the expected projects for re-building Iraq.

This came in response to the British establishments’ intention to co-operate with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in these projects as expressed by the British commercial First Secretary, Claire Evans on her recent visit to the DCCI. It is worth mentioning that the DCCI had expressed a similar welcoming to co-operating with the French in the Iraqi projects during the meeting with the President of the Arab-French Chamber last week.

The Director General of the DCCI, met yesterday with Claire Evans, on the occasion of assuming her duties as the new British commercial First Secretary in Dubai, when they discussed economic relations between the UAE and the United Kingdom.
