According to Kuwait's <i>Al-Watan</i> newspaper, during its participation in the First Tourism, Travel and Real Estate Exhibition at Kuwait Regency Palace Hotel, the Dar Al-Kawthar Real Estate Establishment presented its new project, Wonders of Investment at Salalah Project in the Sultanate of Oman.
Mr. Ahmed Abdul-Wahhab, Director General, said that Al-Kawthar Real Estate Company is used to offer special and unique projects in the real estate domain. The Wonders of Investment in Salalah Project consists of offering a number of lots for sale for investment and commercial purposes in one of Salalah neighborhoods. The per lot area starts with 400 square meters including a permit to build commercial stores along with 4 floors and a penthouse.
