Dubai-based Danube, founded in 1993, is on an expansion track with plans to open several new branches across the region in an attempt to capture a sizable share of the growing market. The expansion initiative has been prompted by the increased pace of business activity generated by Danube during the past few years, which has seen the company venture into Bahrain and Mumbai and further expand its Muscat operations in 2006.
