Damac Properties and Union National Bank (UNB) have recently inked an MoU under which UNB will provide mortgage financing for UAE residents buying apartments in Damac's property developments. According to a report in Gulf News, home loans are available for all types of apartments in all the projects being developed by Damac Properties in Dubai.
