Cyprus Airways has received a new Airbus 319 passenger plane, the second Airbus purchase the company has made since April 2002. The new 126-seat plane will operate scheduled flights to Greece and Europe.
The airline also plans to rent two new 295-seat Airbus 330 planes for London routes and other European destinations. Cyprus Airways will receive the new aircraft this December and in January 2003.
Airbus is a global company with design and manufacturing facilities in France, Germany, the United Kingdom (UK), and Spain, as well as subsidiaries in the United States, China and Japan. — (menareport.com)
