Cornerstone Real Estate announced the company's first offering to the property market - a new community development called 'Mazaya Villas' developed by the Kuwait-based Mazaya Real Estate. The Mazaya Villas consists of Spanish-Mediterranean style villas and lands that buyers can build keeping in mind the theme of the project.
Mazaya Villas, to be completed by January 2007, is located along Emirates Road near the Global Village complex.
