DAMAC Properties has appointed UAE-based Intermass Engineering and Contracting as the main contractor entrusted with construction of 'The Crescent' residential development, the company's first undertaking to be launched within the International Media Production Zone (IMPZ).
"The Crescent" will encompass residential and leisure amenities. It will include 848 luxury studio, one, and two bedroom apartments with views over a large man-made lake.
