A construction contract for the BD95 million Abraj Al Lulu development has been awarded to the Al Hamad Construction and Development Company, the GDN has reported. The announcement was made by the Pearl Development Real Estate Company (PDREC), a consortium of investors from Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Abraj Al Lulu will be spread over an area of 200,000 square feet in a prime location in Bahrain.
