The site navigation has been extensively enhanced, not only to improve user-friendliness, but also to develop a more efficient customer and support inquiry process. In the past six months, the previously established Comtrust website has seen visitor numbers steadily increase. For the first six months of 2002, unique visitors to the site amounted to 25 percent of the total number of visits. The most visited section of the website is the e-hosting services section which clearly shows that businesses in the region are seriously looking into moving their web based corporate information resources closer to them. This is followed by online payments which shows a steady increase in market awareness and the need to ensure an online presence.
