An agreement was recently announced between the National Chinese Exports and Imports Company (NCEIC) and the Iranian government, reported the Iran Daily, valued at $ 3.4 million.
According to the agreement, both equipment, in the form of locomotives and wagons, and Chinese technology will be introduced to the second metro line in Tehran.
