Nakheel’s premier golfing community, Jumeirah Golf Estates reaches an important landmark today, when it launches the first villas on the Earth course.
Lime Tree Valley developers, CHI Development Group will start taking expressions of interest from the public as of tomorrow.
The first phase of the 121 luxury homes on the Lime Tree Valley development, which line Greg Norman’s eco-signature Earth course, will be unveiled with a public showcase at the Majlis Al Mina, Mina Salam at Madinat Jumeirah starting from 10.00am.
Plot areas range from 7,000 sq ft to 14,200 sq ft and more than 75 per cent of the villas have direct views of the Earth course’s fairways and greens. All of those without golf views look out across the lake or across landscaped park areas.
