Reef-Real Estate Finance Company and Al Marzooq Group have inked an exclusive financing deal for Bella Vista Tower, the new luxury residential development situated in Mahooz, for $20 million.
According to the GDN, the agreement allows Bella Vista Tower property investors and homebuyers to gain direct financing through Reef, a real estate mortgage-financer. The financing deal was arranged by CENTURY 21 Bahrain, the exclusive sales and marketing agents for Bella Vista Tower, and took place at Reef headquarters in Bahrain's Seef District.
