Cairo firefighters extinguished a fire at a shoe factory last week , located at the Shubra suburb, Al-Sharq Al-Awsat. reported.
The fire caused extensive damage to the factory’s buildings and equipment. "Preliminary investigations revealed that the fire, the cause of which was unknown, started in the factory’s main building, which was made of wooden floors, and then spread to other buildings," the daily said. -- (Mena Report)
