Industry sources revealed that dredging of the extended Dubai Creek towards the Business Bay, will be completed by mid-2007.
“All infrastructure facilities including roads and bridges for the Business Bay will be completed by the end of 2008,” said Hashim Al Dabal, CEO of Dubai Properties according to Khaleej Times.
Al Dabal made the comment during the ground-breaking ceremony of 'The Prism' the Dh500 million, commercial project at Business Bay developed by Credo Investments FZE.
“All projects in the Business Bay will have a combined value of Dhs120 billion and the Prism is another value added project and proof of Business Bay’s success. Superior design and the location, which is at the entrance of Business Bay, distinguish this project,” Dabal added.
The ceremony was attended by Sajjad M Rashid, President, Credo Investments, Ali Reza Mohammed Ali, Managing Director, Credo Investments, Salim Khoury, Partner and Managing Director of Dutch Foundation, who were recently awarded enabling works tender, Namir G Shaffu, President and CEO of Hamilton Project Management, the project managers.
