Burgan Bank has implemented an online link with the Civil Service Commission. The completion of this project came following the Civil Service Commission's invitation at the end of 2002.
All local banks have been approached to establish online links with the Civil Service Commission in order to exchange and transfer data pertaining to the government employees.
This new system offers various advantages to the Commission, the banks and above all the government employees. The Online link will facilitate employee data updates, provide banks the ability to register employee account details, submit employee clearance certificate and perform salary transfers in addition to many other operations.
Burgan Bank's quick response to the Commission's request to establish the online link clearly outlines the bank's ability to operate any application concerning e-government.
