BSF records 17.6 percent net income increase in 3Q 2003

Saudi Arabia’s Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) reported a 882.4 million Saudi riyal ($235 million) net income for the third quarter of 2003, up 17.6 percent compared to figures from the same period last year. 

 

Loans and advances and customer deposits rose 20.6 percent and 10.3 percent respectively, directly contributing to the 13.1 percent increase in total assets standing at SR 49.4 billion, stated a press release. 

 

BSF provides all types of commercial-banking, investment and treasury services to both domestic and international customers. It operates through specialized lines of business based at its head office, at its three regional offices in Jeddah, Riyadh and Al-Khobar, and through 57 branches located in the major cities of the Kingdom. — (menareport.com)
