BLOM Bank S.A.L. (previously named Banque du Liban et d’Outre-Mer) has announced that, in compliance with practice in international financial markets, the Central Bank of Lebanon has given its approval to BLOMINVEST Bank S.A.L. (BLOM’s subsidiary) to buy from its own free reserves a total of 1,463,200 BLOM Bank GDRs. The purchase of the GDRs, totally or partially, will be done gradually at the Bank’s own discretion, at the prevailing prices on the financial markets. — ( Banque du Liban et d'Outre-Mer Sal )
