As in previous years, Batelco is offering three packages to Haj agents to enable pilgrims to keep in touch with their families during the Haj period. This avoids long queues and the need to handle unfamiliar coins.
The packages, which include free mobile sets and SIM cards, will allow Haj pilgrims to access Batelco’s international operator, using Bahrain Direct, in order to make reverse charges phone calls or to make prepaid calls using Batelco’s prepaid cards which can be purchased at Customer Sales and Service Centers or directly from the Haj agent while on Haj.
Pilgrims can place calls directly by calling the Bahrain Direct number, 180073, which provides a connection from Saudi Arabia to Bahrain’s international operator. They can also place prepaid calls using Batelco Prepaid Calling Cards. — (menareport.com)
