Batelco has launched new payment machines that allow customers to see and settle their bills using ATM cards. The touch-screen service, called KwikServe, is designed save time for Bahraini customers, whose lives are becoming increasingly busy with work, household and family commitments.
Placed in shopping malls throughout the Kingdom, the KwikServe kiosks mean that any customer who uses an ATM card or an American Express credit card will no longer have to visit a Batelco Customer Service Center or post a cheque just to pay a bill.
The kiosks will accept payment or part-payment by ATM card or American Express credit card for bills amounting to just three Bahraini dinars, up to BD500. Payment by Visa and Mastercard will follow soon. — (menareport.com)
