Batelco and Safaricom of Kenya have signed a unilateral roaming agreement, which will enable Bahrain’s GSM users access to International roaming services in Kenya. With the addition of Kenya, the number of destinations to which international roaming is available reached 78 countries through 183 operators.
A spokesman for Batelco said, “Adding Kenya to our international roaming list comes in line with Batelco’s overall policy of expanding this growing service to include the maximum number of countries of potential interest to our customers.” — (menareport.com)
