Bahrain's King, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, has ordered more than 200 hectares in Muharraq for housing projects, following a parliamentary proposal to solve the housing crisis in the governorate.
According to Bahrain Tribune, the King ordered the allocation of 51.1 hectares west of Hidd and 173 hectares on the eastern side for building housing units and other facilities for limited-income families.
