Bahrainis buy Durrat homes

Some 95 per cent of the first homes to be offered for sale as part of the luxury Bahrain property development Durrat Al Bahrain have been sold, the project’s backers have revealed, according to the Bahrain Tribune.


72 per cent of buyers of the first phase are Bahrainis. Speaking at the Property Arabia exhibition, Sales Executive Mohammed Haji said: “Our properties have been split into three phases and phase one has already sold 95 per cent. Phase two has already sold 66 per cent and phase three is not even for sale yet.”
