73 tenders, together worth over BD49 million, were approved by the Bahraini Works and Housing Ministry over the last seven months.
The projects feature a new National Assembly building, several sports facilities, a Productive Families Centre, a Muharraq Municipality headquarters and housing projects in Shakhoora.
They also include infrastructure works for roads and bridges, as well as other housing and building projects.
According to GDN, Works and Housing Minister Fahmi Al Jowder said that these 73 projects are being undertaken by local and international firms.
