The refusal by four Bahraini families to leave their houses has been hindering the government from going forward with a housing project of eight buildings in Juffair.
According to Bahrain Tribune, the project at the former British base was given the green light by the Cabinet in 2002. The designs, working plans and the budget are ready but have been on hold because of the families.
