Firms and individuals in Bahrain, could soon obtain licences for real estate brokerage dealings. The directorate of land registration and notarisation will be responsible for regulating brokerage, it was declared Sunday by the Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.
According to the GDN, it decided to refer to the legal affairs unit a draft law amending certain provisions of decree by law number 21 for 1976 regulating brokerage.
