Work is underway on a landmark project in Seef, the BD3 million, 30-storey residential Avare Towers, being developed by Grand Real Estate Projects.
The project is designed and supervised by United Engineering and being built by AAA Homes, which has executed several high-rise towers in various parts of Bahrain.
The project comprises a residential tower with 89 luxury apartments, said AAA Homes managing director Ajay Jinsi.
