Rental prices for new villas have gone up by 50 per cent in the past five years, a properties agency said, according to the GDN. "A property (villa) that would have been worth BD400 a month five years ago is now worth BD600, exclusive of electricity and tax," Brown's Properties Bahrain spokeswoman told the newspaper.
