Bahrain-based real estate company RealCapita has signed a strategic partnership with Injaz MENA Investment Bank paving the way for establishing a new entity with $50 million paid-up capital called RealLands.


RealLands is a Bahrain-based company and has been engaged in acquiring real estate lands across Bahrain and the MENA region. RealLands plans to have a paid-up capital of $50 million with a targeted annual investment return ratio of 20 per cent. According to Bahrain Tribune,  RealLands is seeking to raise $45 million through private investments by offering 4.5 million shares.
